Instragram - Censor Bar

I’ve had a fascination with theface as an interface ever since I could use my eye-brows to tweet or control a servo. When Spark AR launched I knew I had to try it out and see how quickly I could develop and publish a filter. Taking into account the pervasiveness of people sharing their identity via smartphones I wanted to empower people to share without revealing everything.

Censor Bar is a simple filter that uses the old-school technique of covering one’s eyes with an opaque black bar. It was accepted, published and has been used by a good number of folks. Try it out for yourself.
