At the Worldwebforum, an annual thought leadership event in Zurich that attracts more than 1,000 senior leaders, the Zurich Insurance Group led a discussion around human-centered design; exploring how to create a memorable experience for customers and strengthen community resilience and sustainability. Working directly with their innovation department, my remit was to develop a program that was built around their customer-focused strategy based on three C’s: communities, customers and colleagues.

Jeremy worked with our Innovation team at Zurich Insurance over a two months’ period to develop and host our Human-Centered Design track at the Worldwebforum. The feedback received from the participants resulted in the Zurich Insurance Track being among the top performing tracks in the summit, with an average NPS score of 91%.

This involved developing a design system that united the overall theme, curating the speakers, creating graphic collateral and video trailers that emphasized the Zurich Insurance Group’s focus on human-centered services as well as moderating the three day event. Speakers included founder and CEO of Wearable X, Billie Whitehouse, as well as magician Federico Soldati among others.
