For Porsche, I facilitated a multi-day strategy process with more than 30 directors that helped shape and align the company’s Digital Strategy 2025, resulting in full board approval of the initiative.

For Zurich Insurance, I developed and facilitated a two-month innovation initiative involving more than 1,200 participants, contributing to a 28-point increase in internal NPS.

The hardest part of building a product isn’t the technology — it’s knowing which direction is worth committing to. I work with organizations at the point where business strategy, user needs, and emerging technology intersect, helping leadership teams make clear product decisions and build the internal conditions to execute them.
At Abbett Labs, I led strategy and product direction for an AI-powered language platform while helping enterprise clients redesign digital workflows — improving operational efficiency by more than 40%.
